You get Light Railways - but I’ve never heard of a light train
A cable drawn railway is a funicular - using cable to connect to railway is tenuous
I’ve never heard of a single one of the knives ( but that doesn’t mean they are wrong of course)
Angel is part of a brand name but I don’t think it’s a type of dessert - and Molten is tenuous
