What's a Bluetounge / Blue tounge? ??

@ragman, I wondered that too.
Googled it, I think it's a typo for tongue.
There is a condition known as bluetongue.
Bluetongue is an insect-borne viral disease to which all species of ruminants are susceptible, although sheep are most severely affected. It does not affect humans (phew)

Thanks for your feedback @Ragman and @Freddgar, I have corrected the misspelling.

I'm a farmer, so Bluetongue is well know to me. But after a bit of feedback, I have changed the grid to include a term that is more common in everyday life.
