Nice fun grid! "Herr" is pronounced more like "hair" so isn't really a homophone for "her".

Actually I liked the grid, neat, simple follows all the rules. In the south east region of Bavarian, Munich and towards the Austrian boarders the pronunciation of 'Herr' is more like 'Hur'. Presumptuous to assign regional pronunciations and accents of other countries based upon your own preconceptions, It is close enough to my ear to fit the grid and cannot [as far as I can see] to any other groups, so why pick at it?
