Emerald is also a programming language, so either ruby or jade could be swapped into the precious stones group, so I'm afraid the groupings don't work. They're only meant to have one possible valid solution- this had three, which made it impossible for me to depart the precious stones group from the programming language group before using all my lives/running out of time, except by random selection and luck.
