Hi J, got more immediate concerns at the moment. Got new boss just before I went on holiday, then in self isolation when I got back, worked for less than two weeks then suspended, Go for disciplinary tomorrow and will prob get the sack, which is bad enough but I also live in tied accommodation with the pub so homeless as well, Keep fingers crossed for me pls.

Good grief, that sounds awful. I would get advice from the tenants union asap. You are probably similar to an assured tenant and shouldn't be subject to immediate eviction. I would be trying to string it out. Can't imagine anything being bad enough to lose your job over. There should also be a process whereby you have to receive warnings first. Overall, the law should be on your side-just check your rights. It would be a hard (and foolish) boss who would mess their staff around during covid.
