They are all trees. You could have had British trees for the fourth answer - 'trees' isn't good enough. And not accepting 'fruit' is just silly.

Last two groups both accept 'trees' as answer. And the fruits group doesn't accept 'fruit'.

Naaaaasty! I can see that it's possible to separate ALL THESE MANY MANY TREES!!! into fruits, s words, but that is tricky of you! Having one group that was then just trees threw me I was looking for more. This is either genius or plain lazy! Only you know... ;)
