I was only able to identify one group (blue)- the red and green groups having chronological aspects to them makes this tough. Last four.." doesn't work as well on the wall as it does on a sequence round on OC. Makes it really tough.

I thought this was an excellent puzzle - I got two of the groups, should have got the Danube one. The Eurovision one would not have occured to me in a million years!
