Nope - too convoluted with the categories...

Imaginative though I suspect Brits don't use all the terms in quite the same way as (very well) explained. Funnily enough I set a grid long ago with a line of words with two more or less opposite meanings and one of them was " cleave " which you have used as your red herring! So obviously I think the grid is great.

As toast said, imaginative and entertaining. A lot of thought was needed to create it I imagine, and to solve it took some too.i only managed one line.

Where has this grid gone?

Wiz. The grid has been marked down so it only shows if you select grids of poor quality or better ( the default being good or better). Unfortunately that tends to happen to fiendish grids perhaps because people can't do them and feel bad. The grid doesn't deserve its low marking.
