Good grid but some of the answers only give the names and not the way in which they are connected.

...except I think you may have accidentally omitted stating the actual connections?! Were mostly self-explanatory, but would have been good to have my guesses confirmed.

very difficult as some of the names overlap into other areas

The last one needed very specialist knowledge. The others I knew were Irish writers but had difficulty sorting out which type. I need to read more.
